Corn & Black Bean Salsa Dip

1 (or 2) 8oz Cream Cheese, softened
1 24 oz Jar of Corn/Black Bean Salsa
(Ralph’s has their own Private Selection brand, and Trader Joe’s has a new Cowboy Caviar salsa that really adds a kick!!)
2-1/2 cups (or more) of shredded cheese (cheddar or whatever you want!)
Spread softened cream cheese on bottom of pie plate, pour salsa on top and spread evenly; sprinkle cheese on top of that. Heat in 300 degree oven for 20 minutes (or if you are in a hurry, microware until cheese is melted and dip is hot!).
Serve with tortilla chips!
