At a recent potluck at Ambassador, Peggy brought this amazing Crock-Pot dish. I made a double batch recently for my family and brought the leftovers to share with my co-workers. We all agreed this would be perfect for Summer BBQ’s and can be a side dish to burgers and hotdogs or as a main dish served over rice. So easy and so good! Try it for your next BBQ!! I bet everyone will ask you for the recipe!
2 pounds Kielbasa sausage, sliced into ½ inch pieces
2 cups ketchup
2 cups brown sugar
1 (15 ounce) can pineapple chunks, undrained
In a crock-pot, mix ketchup, brown sugar and pineapple.
Add sausage and cook on low for 5-6 hours, until sausage is cooked through.
