The day that we’ve been excitedly waiting for is now just over 100 days away—November 17, 2017!  It’s Museum of the Bible’s grand opening … and it’s a big deal.

But don’t take my word for it.

Then, hear MOTB’s heart, directly from its leadership:

Even the building’s doors have a unique story and specific purpose:

Planning to visit?

I hope you are!  And, if you are organizing a group trip (by the way, the Ambassador team will be 😊—if you’ll be at the grand opening, let us know so we can say hi!), Kelly Martin (kelly.martin@mbible.org) is your go-to contact.  She’s MOTB’s in-house expert on all things group sales, and is ready to help you get your crew to D.C.

What you’ll see

The shorter list would be … what you won’t see!

In the 430,000-square-foot, six-stories-high museum, you will visit galleries that follow the Bible from its origins through the multiple translations and adoptions.

Guests will walk through the narratives of the Hebrew text and then through first-century Nazareth.  We’ll explore the Bible’s impact over time on all aspects of the world—culture, art, and even fashion!

A biblical garden and restaurant occupy the roof—where guests can enjoy display kitchen viewing, eat foods of the Bible, and stroll through a biblical garden.

And that’s just scratching the surface!

Check out https://www.museumofthebible.org/museum to see more on what to expect when you visit.

And let me know if you aren’t yet airing The Book.  It’s the one-minute daily feature that tells the story of the Bible’s influence on all aspects of culture—and it’s exactly what you’ll see at the museum.
