Last week on HAVEN Today, “It’s Not Too Late” was the series title for messages listeners heard on-air each day.  Haven president and speaker Charles Morris recounted the life of Steve McQueen, an actor who “had it all” … money, fame, luxury sports cars, and lavish homes.  But he still felt empty inside.

So many others feel that same way—hollow—and some of those are the people you are ministering to every day.  Thank you for what you do to point them to the Great Story that’s all about Jesus.

This Holy Week, I am struck anew with the wonder that it really is “not too late” for any of us to surrender to the Lord’s authority and love!  Ultimately, Steve McQueen did just that.

So did the criminal on the cross.  The account in Luke 23 reads that he said to the other man …

We are punished justly, for we are getting what our deeds deserve. But this man has done nothing wrong.”  Then he said, “Jesus, remember me when you come into your kingdom.”  Jesus answered him, “Truly I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise.”

As we step into “The Week That Changed Everything,” thank you for continuing to remind listeners of the relentless love of Jesus Christ.  This week, Haven discusses that truth on-air, in addition to exploring the archaeological proof for faith in Christ.  It’s an engaging five-day series leading up to Easter Sunday!

We’re grateful for your ministry partnership; thank you for it … and, Happy Easter!
