It’s not just a piece of cloth. It’s a symbol of the freedom so many (including my father) fought for and the good life we live. It represents the sacrifice of those who served and unites us all as Americans. The flag is a symbol for freedom, equality, and justice.

These are the reasons why every June 14th, we celebrate “Flag Day.”

No one better summarized Flag Day than former President Ronald Reagan:

“Today the flag we so proudly hail still sends a message to any distance that the spirit of a free people is unconquerable and that our democratic nation will always remain “the land of the free and the home of the brave.”

Through the years, the ideals for which our flag stands have become even more precious and sacred.  As a means to give the flag the honor its due, we’ve created a Flag Day Station Tool Kit complete with ready-to-use social media graphics and a video. (We’re a bit partial to the video – you may recognize the signature announcer’s voice which we are pretty fond of around here.)

We invite you to download and use one or all of the elements on your web site and social media platforms – no need to clear usage.  They’re ready now for grabbing and use through Flag Day, June 14th!

Here’s to the Flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God . . . long may she wave!
